Should I Be Excited?
The trailer's been released for Pirates 4, On Stranger Tides...and I'm wondering if I should be excited about it. On one hand, it looks like it'll be kind of funny with some fresh humour (no signs of rum jokes yet), but on the other, they've made so many Pirates movies, what's left to do? And Penelope Cruz is involved. She seems spunky enough to balance Jack Sparrow well, but I'm not sure how I feel about her. Plus, mermaids and zombies and Blackbeard, oh my! Seems a wee bit far fetched.

ReplyDeleteYou've basically said everything I feel. Honestly, I don't think this one's gonna be BAD, but they probably could've just left it at the third one.
